Welcome to www.xiah.com!  It’s been over a year of service and hosting this website to create an electronic window into my experience here in Honduras in the Peace Corps.  The blog is a public version of emails that I’ve been sending for a long time and the photos are just a short public summary of my own collection.

Mixed in with the discussions of bucket showers and cultural clashes, you’ll find other bits of my life:  acroyoga, traveling, research, politics, cooking, dancing, and all the rest of it that makes me tick.  I invite you to join me electronically on my journeys and hope you take whatever you can from them.
